Cairo – Mubasher: International Business Corporation for Trade and Franchise has invited its shareholders to attend the ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 31 March.

The ordinary general meeting will look into 2015 financial results, the board’s report, and the auditor’s report.

Moreover, the OGM will consider discharging board members from liability, appointing a an auditor, and granting a renewal for the present board of directors till the next meeting.
